Zandra Webb, the founder and CEO of ZEducation, LLC, is a motivated professional with 20 plus years of educational experience ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through College level. She has experience as a teacher of all four core areas in Wisconsin and Texas, an Instructional Coach, a Dean of Instruction, a Principal, an Adjunct Professor, and an Administrator Coach for ESC Region 11. Zandra obtained her undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and her graduate degrees in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and Northcentral University.
As an active member of the educational sorority, National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Zandra dedicates a vast amount of time educating current and future educators and serving in the community. She has also served as a motivational speaker for women. In 2021, Zandra released her first publication, When the Heart Cries, Vol. 2. She is also a proud mother of two adult children and has a passion for music and reading.
As a person who thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, Zandra strives for positive results through the application of her leadership and communication capabilities. In addition, she possesses expertise in relationship building and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. In any position, she is a change agent and she is able to visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it.
